Flynas is a private airline based in Saudi Arabia and is headquartered in the city of Riyadh. It was founded in 2007 as the first budget friendly airline in Saudi Arabia. The main shareholder of the company is National Airlines Services Holding. For its operations, Flynas uses King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh as its main hub and King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah as a secondary operation site.

Each passenger can take one piece of hand luggage measuring 56×36×23 cm and weighing up to 7 kg. In addition, you can carry a bag or bag with a laptop in the cabin. All liquids should be packed in containers up to 100 ml. If your carry-on baggage exceeds the maximum dimensions or weight, you must check in as checked baggage.

Special Luggage

If you want to transport your sports equipment on Flynas airlines, we strongly recommend that you book in advance. In this way, you both benefit from a good discount and do not have to pay the high price at the airport. Each baggage must not exceed 32 kg, and there is a charge.

You are allowed to carry sports equipment such as Bicycles, Surfboards, Golf, Fishing Equipment and Scuba Diving Equipment. Conditions and policies may vary depending on baggage content.

Seat selection on Flynas airlines is made when purchasing plane tickets. If you buy a flight ticket at the cheapest Light fare, you have to pay for the seat selection.

With the Saver tariff, you can choose a standard seat free of charge. If you have purchased a Premium fare flight ticket, you can choose the seat you want on the plane free of charge.

Flynas airline launched the NaSmiles program to reward its frequent flyer customers for their loyalty. Miles accumulated in the program are called Smile points. The program has 2 levels, Basic and Prime. If you earn 15,000 SMILE points, you will be promoted to Prime status.

Nasmiles is based on the accumulation of points based on spending: Passengers can accumulate points not only by booking a flight ticket, but also by purchasing additional services. Every dollar / riyal spent earns points when purchasing flights or baggage allowances or choosing between meals, seats, travel insurance or airport services.

Members enjoy various benefits in terms of service. They can collect points to get free tickets. You can do priority check-in. If you are a Prime member, you can enter the lounges.

Only Premium class can enjoy free meals on domestic flights at Flynas. Other tariffs have to pay a fee. On international flights, meals are served in all tariffs except the Light tariff.

Hot meals are not guaranteed if the flight ticket is booked 12 hours before departure. These restrictions do not apply to the Premium tariff.

Flynas passengers can enjoy travel with movies, TV shows, music and podcasts, games, broadcasts, a real-time moving map.

Since Flynas cares about customer satisfaction, you also have the opportunity to provide feedback via a passenger survey. The entertainment system is currently available in Arabic and English and can be easily accessed via a web browser using a phone, tablet or laptop.
