The online check-in screen closes 45 minutes before the flight for domestic flights and 60 minutes before the flight for international flights. It is possible to make transactions with the Reservation (PNR) Number and Name-Surname information during online check-in. Passengers who cannot check-in online must make transactions at the counter.

Carry-on Baggage

To speed up and facilitate boarding and accommodation inside the aircraft, each passenger is allowed to carry only one piece of hand luggage free of charge, measuring 55x40x20cm. Passengers carrying more baggage will be required to deliver excess bags to be loaded into the hold of the aircraft at the time of boarding.

The weight varies according to the ticket class in the baggage options offered as Checked Baggage. You do not have baggage allowance for Super Eco Package tickets. There is a baggage allowance of 15 kg, 20 kg and 20 kg on domestic flights, respectively, for Eco Package, Advantage Package and Comfort Flex Package tickets, and 20 kg for all ticket types on international flights. In any case, the maximum limit that passengers can use for 1 checked baggage is 32 kg. One piece of baggage exceeding 32 kg is not accepted.

Special Luggage

Many vacationers travel with special luggage such as skis, golf bags, bicycles or even musical instruments. Sports equipment and musical instruments are not included in the free baggage allowance and is carried for a flat fee or paid as excess baggage.

In this framework, there are 5 different seat options: Extra Knee Spacing, Front Seats, Window Sides, Aisle Sides and Other Seats. You can choose your seat by purchasing these seats, which are priced depending on domestic and international flights. Passengers who do not choose a seat will be assigned a random seat at check-in.

With the Pegasus BolBol Program, passengers who earn points from flights and collaborations benefit from certain privileges. Accumulated points can be used to buy tickets, pay for meals and other additional services. Passengers who obtain 5000 BolPoints in the point earning program, conditions determined by Pegasus, are entitled to board 1 domestic flight free of charge. Campaign and terms are changed periodically by Pegasus.

All scheduled flights operated by Pegasus Airlines offer meals and beverages for a fee. In order for passengers to benefit from the catering service on board, they must place their menu orders 24 hours before the flight. If there is less than 24 hours before the flight, it is not possible to place an order for food and beverage service. Passengers are also required to exercise their right to change in catering services 24 hours before the flight. If there is less than 24 hours before the flight, the right to cancel and change is not allowed.

Pegasus Airlines offers the Fly & Watch program as part of in-flight entertainment. In this context, it is aimed that passengers have a pleasant time during the trip. It is possible to connect to the platform on board and browse unique content using your own mobile device, tablet or laptop. Pet transportation is a special service offered by Pegasus to its customers. At this point, only cats, dogs and birds are carried on Pegasus domestic flights. On international flights, only cats and dogs can be transported. It is not allowed to carry predatory, fighting and wild cats, dogs and birds on Pegasus flights. While Kangal dogs can be transported up to 6 months of age, it is strictly forbidden to transport various types of dogs, especially pitbulls.

Pets must be over 12 weeks old to be accepted on Pegasus flights. Pregnant, breastfed baby animals and nursing mothers are not accepted to the flight. Animals to be transported during the flight must be carried in cages or travel bags measuring 32 x 32 x 50 cm and weighing a maximum of 8 kg.

Domestic flights are carried out in the cargo area with a ventilation system. On international flights, cats and dogs are carried in the cabin on flights other than England, Qatar, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

Requests for the transportation of pets are made only through the Pegasus Call Center and Travel Agencies. Pets must be presented with documents such as health certificate, identity card and vaccination certificate. A pet passport is needed when traveling to European Union countries. Passengers who will be carrying pets in the cabin cannot travel in the emergency exit seats or in XL size seats.

The lounge, referred to as the Plaza Premium Lounge, at Sabiha Gökhan Airport; It offers various tastes from Turkish and world cuisines in a comfortable area. Passengers can benefit from this service by paying at the Pegasus check-in counters, sales offices or at the lounge entrance with their boarding card. The lounge is located next to gates 203 and 206 after the final security check of the departing passenger domestic and international lines.
